Procurement Strategic Operations

Overview

Leads projects that span both business and technology workstreams, coordinating across functional teams, vendor partners, and IT stakeholders

Embedded member of the Procurement PMO team; expected to contribute beyond individual project delivery

Participates in PMO staff meetings, shared planning sessions, and team rituals as a core team member

Actively contributes to building and standardizing PMO artifacts including project plan templates, status report formats, RAID logs, and workstream charters
