Process Improvement & Root-Cause Analysis
- Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to operational processes.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to uncover underlying issues affecting performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
Capacity Planning & Resource Sizing - Analyze the workload, capacity, and optimal sizing of resources for each team within the operations area.
- Identify excesses or deficits in staffing and coordinate appropriate adjustments.
- Develop and maintain monthly and annual resource planning models to ensure operational efficiency.
Appraiser Network Analysis - Evaluate the performance, distribution, and effectiveness of the appraiser network.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
