Job Responsibilities
On time respond to customers for inquiries, quotation, documents, delivery arrangement & etc. Handle customer's order, schedule, delivery confirmation, and follow up. Manage documents such as airway bill, invoice, packing list, custom form & others. Interaction with customers, able to resolve transactions, comment, address and resolve client's issue in a timely manner.To coordinate internally and external for product specification, documentation, QA issue as well as stock sufficiency. Understand customer's situation to foresee customer's demand in order to prepare and adjust stock accordingly.To maintain customers information in system, data base maintenance, prepare budget and report sales result.
