Overview

Capital One Travel is building category-defining new verticals and we're looking for a Business Manager,Sales Analytics to own the data-and-automation engine behind how we grow supply. The initial scope of this role will focus on Vacation Rentals and expand across Activities and future new verticals. This is a rare blend of analytics depth and hands-on building: you'll use our funnel data and third-party market data to decide markets and inventory we should pursue, then build the AI-orchestrated pipeline that actually acquires it — sourcing hosts and property managers, automating outreach, and feeding our self-serve onboarding and business-development motions.
