This is not a routine administrative post. As Business Manager , you will lead day‑to‑day operations, drive revenue and service growth, and elevate patient experience—while ensuring operational discipline and financial performance. You will work with clinical leaders and enterprise partners to translate strategy into measurable results and keep the institute on plan versus budget, forecasts, and targets.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Run the operation end‑to‑end: Oversee daily service delivery, coordinate across clinical and support teams, and ensure seamless workflows and communications.
• Drive growth & revenue: Formulate financial targets, launch revenue‑generating programs, and develop new/enhanced services in partnership with business development, marketing, and finance.
