- To achieve sales, collection and market penetration targets for their territory with a grower centric approach to sales for value creation and to identify ways to establish innovation products among growers to help them increase their revenue through sustainable business delivery.

Accountabilities
Sales & Commercial Acumen
- End to end accountability for sales,collection and liquidation for Innovation portfolio to growers in line with target assigned
- Ensure proper forecasting and accuracy of sales volume and contribute to Division strategy, strategic agenda and overall management of the business.
- Keeping Sales inventories in control at marketplace
- Effective management of the A&P budget
