The role reports to AVP – Business Management High Net Worth (HNW) Distribution (Agency & Banca) and is responsible to provide business support for Agency and Bank channels. The role will also participate and assist the AVP – Business Management in projects related to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide dedicated business support to ensure smooth operational processes, including financing matters on HNW pre‑case submissions from Agency.
• Provide timely and quality service and response on HNW related queries by working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of financing applications and accurate preparation of reporting and documentation on all matters pertaining to financing.
