Responsibilities: Identify, target and onboard clients from various industries through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance
At least 1-3 years of relevant experiences in banking & finance/SME/Corporate Lending
