Business Intelligence Developer

Charton Hobbs Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and analytics solutions in a data‑rich environment, primarily within the Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) ecosystem.

Working closely with business intelligence analysts and the change management team, this role is responsible for delivering high‑quality data models, reporting, dashboards, and insights across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with national and regional business analysts and BI stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop effective BI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models to support self‑service analytics
