Description
A global immigration law firm is seeking an Attorney to support its San Francisco team on a contract basis. This role supports a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters, with a primary focus on Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) cases. Attorneys in this role will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and finalizing petitions and supporting documentation in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role is fully remote, but attorneys must be available to work Pacific Time hours.


Responsibilities

+ Review and assess non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, O-1, and related classifications

+ Draft and edit petitions, support letters, and legal briefs as needed
