RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as POC of all HR-related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiriesDrives compliance on employee discipline, policies and regulationsManages the Administrative Case Management Process: Complex and High-level casesPrepares and sends notices related to Employee DisciplinePrepares reports and updates (attrition, case summary and engagement)Conducts monthly business review with Department LeadersPartners with Department Leaders for skip level sessionsConducts employee 1 on 1 sessionsWorks with Department Leaders in developing department-specific programsEnsures that the Employee Engagement calendar is deployed as planned (proposal, communication, execution and liquidation)Maintains track record for all employee engagement activitiesEnsure that expenses are within approved budgetEnsures that transactions with vendors are clear (condi...
