1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the business unit's strategy, aligning sales, production, and NPD goals with organizational objectives.
2. Sales Management: Drive sales growth, build client relationships, and oversee sales team performance to meet revenue targets.
3. Production Oversight: Ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and achieve KPIs.
