Key responsibilities
· Drive market share through strong sales leadership and ecosystem partnerships
· Own end-to-end P&L (Revenue, Cost, Profitability, ROE)
· Lead multi-channel distribution: Branch | Digital | DSAs | Dealers | Fintechs
· Strengthen product, credit, and risk frameworks
· Expand into new geographies and build scalable business models
· Build and lead high-performing teams
Experience:
· 20+ years in BFSI / NBFC
· Proven leadership in Retail Asset Businesses
· Strong experience in Mobility Loans & Personal Loans
