The Business Excellence Manager is an 18-month contract role (opportunity for permanent conversion) established to support Motul Malaysia in strengthening commercial discipline, process effectiveness, operational governance, and business performance visibility.
Reporting to the Country General Manager, the role will act as a strategic project and process improvement partner to review, improve, and implement key business processes across the Malaysia business unit. Key focus areas include pricing management, distributor system management, commercial process improvement, business performance tracking, and cross-functional special projects.
The ideal candidate is commercially strong, analytical, structured, and hand-on, with the ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders, and convert business issues into clear actions and measurable improvements.
