The role operates as a senior architecture authority, with primary accountability for a Unified Contact Centre program for a major enterprise client, and broader responsibility across multiple concurrent client engagements, pre-sales pursuits, and capability development.

The role is hands‑on, program-level, and client-facing. It requires deep Salesforce architecture expertise across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and integration patterns, combined with the judgement to make design decisions that hold up under client technical reviews and operate consistently across workstreams.
