About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Regional Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Bybit’s payments ecosystem across MENA and emerging global corridors. This role will focus on merchant acquisition, local payment partnerships, PSP integrations, and strategic growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion for Bybit Pay across MENA, building and owning the full growth pipeline.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
