About the Role
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for expanding the client's business reach by tapping new enterprise merchants and identifying existing merchant partners with potential opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
This role will involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancement of the client’s business operations and market position. The sales process will involve lead generation, pitching, and business consultations with key decision makers using the client’s portfolio of services. This will entail not that is not limited only to online consultations but also face-to-face engagements to scope business needs to scoping
The specialist will also be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships between potential merchants and the company.
