Job Description - Strategic Sales & Business Development (40%) Revenue Generation & Account Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets of $2M+ across assigned territory
- Manage and grow key accounts including major hospitals, ENT clinics, and audiology centers
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Develop territory expansion strategies targeting underserved markets and emerging opportunities
New Business Development - Identify and pursue new market segments
- Establish strategic partnerships with local distributors, and professional associations
