Business Development : Actively develop new business opportunities through prospecting (cold calls, client visits, and networking). Attend industry and networking events (, MBOT, Transport Toronto Club, BNI) and represent the company in the market. Identify client needs and propose tailored recruitment and workforce solutions. Present services, negotiate agreements, and close new business deals. Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships. Client & Opportunity Management : Use CRM tools to track and document all client interactions and activities. Quickly follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities.
