BBB Heart of Texas Business Development Representative – Inside Sales FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt Reports to: Sales Managers Location: 99% Remote Compensation/Uncapped commissions – Earn between $45,000 - $100,000+ annually, plus 10% 2 nd and 3 rd year commission, as well as 5% annuity commission. Tiered bi-weekly commission rates that grow as your production increases .
Note:
This is a remote sales position for candidates who reside in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi ; however, all assigned sales territories, client accounts, and business development activities will remain exclusively within Texas.
Candidates may reside in the other U.S. states listed above, but all work performed will focus on Texas-based markets.
