TEKsystems is supporting a local organization seeking a Business Development Specialist to support a growing pipeline of public sector and enterprise opportunities in Hawaii. This role sits within the Business Development function and focuses on coordination, documentation, and operational execution across opportunities—from intake through proposal development and handoff to delivery teams.

This is not a quota-carrying sales role. Instead, it is a high-impact operations and enablement position that partners closely with Business Development Leads, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are well-structured, clearly defined, and execution-ready.
