Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in Flinn’s go-to-market success by building and qualifying a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities. You will work at the intersection of
Sales, Marketing, and Events, identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and setting up the Sales team for successful first meetings. In this role, you will combine structured prospecting with curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders at complex B2B organizations.
