Who We're Looking For

• Spanish-speaking is required; trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is preferred. English fluency is a hard requirement.
• Someone who's genuinely comfortable picking up the phone… a lot. This is a high-volume outbound role and the phone is your primary tool.
• A genuine curiosity about how things get built and maintained. You don't need a manufacturing background but you should want to learn what keeps a factory or facility running and why that matters.
• Someone who's been in a role where you had to earn trust quickly, handle rejection, and keep going. That could be door-to-door sales, bartending, retail, recruiting or any experience that taught you how to...
