Position Overview
CAE is seeking a Business Development & Proposal Manager to lead growth initiatives in the U.S. Air Traffic Services (ATS) training market. This role is responsible for driving market capture strategies, building customer and partner relationships, shaping competitive solutions, and leading the development of compliant, high‑quality proposals for federal and commercial ATS training opportunities.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead business development, capture, and market growth activities for U.S. ATS training opportunities.
+ Identify and pursue new customers, partnerships, and strategic growth avenues.
+ Develop and articulate CAE’s value proposition, discriminators, and win strategies aligned to customer requirements.
+ Lead the full proposal lifecycle (RFI, RFP, BAFO), including strategy development, coordination, compliance, and on‑time submission.
