Job Description

[Job Summary]
- Market research (rent and price interviews for each area and property, tenant surveys)
- Assistance with new case investigation research
- Acquisition and management of weekly sales reports (interviews with visitors and buyers)
- Daily Q&A and responses to partner companies, etc.
- Participation in regular construction meetings (usually in Thai) , Reporting on construction progress and topics
- Researching new properties for sale
- Collection of materials such as brochures
- Preparation of meeting minutes
- Other tasks assigned by manager
