Qualifications

• Strong background in insurance / loss adjusting / claims with 5-10 years relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers and corporates
• Good understanding of claims processes, policy wordings, exclusions and adjuster services
• Responsible for business generation, client retention and market expansion
• Skilled in commercial negotiations, proposals, presentations and fee structures
• Ability to translate technical loss adjusting expertise into commercial value for clients
• Excellent communication skills, professional credibility and knowledge of local (UAE/GCC) insurance market

Education and experience requirements

• Bachelors degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Law
