Job Role Summary: 

We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join us as a Business Development & Operations Executive. This full-time role supports the planning and smooth delivery of weekend services across all centres and plays a vital role in coordinating staff, clients, and operational needs for Weekend programs.

You will need to:

Operations Support 
Coordinate weekend operations across all centres, including logistics, setup, meal flow, and centre readiness. 

Ensure that each centre follows weekend service standard practices and guidelines.

Supervise basic clinical compliance and assist in liaising with Community Nurses on client care matters 

Serve as the first point of escalation for on-the-ground issues during weekend services. 
Manpower & Staff Liaison 
Prepare and manage weekend staff rosters.
