Job Summary
:The Business Development (BD) Operations & Customer Centricity Lead serves as a strategic enabler for the BD Committee, guiding Global Business Units (GBUs) in achieving functional excellence and embedding a customer-centric culture across Bechtel. This role ensures BD processes, training, and initiatives are consistently applied enterprise-wide while driving continuous improvement and measurable impact on customer engagement.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-MK1
