Job Description
- Sales work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Sales will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, social media etc.
- Sales reply to Requests for Proposals, Complaints, Tender Notices, and Price Quotations in a Timely Manner.
- Sales visit clients in the field; either new or existing clients.
- Sales achieve/exceed agreed on monthly quota.
- Sales work with Billing and Collection to collect accounts within defined credit terms.
- Sales monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
- Sales submit timely monthly Sales Progress Reports, Customer Service Reports, Monthly Sales forecasts, and other reports as required by the management
