Primary Responsibilities
Business Development (60%)
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our legal services
- Qualify leads and assess client needs during initial conversations
- Schedule consultations between qualified prospects and attorneys
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities in CRM system
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but haven't scheduled
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for scheduled consultations
