Duties & Responsibilities

1. Build a team of financial advisers
2. Supervise financial advisers
3. Weekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisers
4. Provide financial advice to your own clients
5. Monitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targets

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager
• You have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisor
