Our client is a successful and fast-growing medical device company. As a key element of the commercial strategy, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to join their team in the UK.
The company is currently focused on launching a new technology designed to treat damage to the abdominal wall with biological tissue in the repair of Hernia. This role will take a focused lead for the product in the UK and will look to grow the company presence before potentially building a team.
The post holder will nurture long-term relationships and actively seek new customers with the end goal of securing orders. The role has a considerable degree of autonomy and therefore somebody who is self-motivated and able to work productively in a field based role will flourish in this role.
