Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
Work with customers to understand requirements, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process Prepare, attend tender clarifications, negotiation with prospects, quote and contract review Formulate business plan and marketing strategies to develop new market for new business opportunity through cold-calling, client visitations etc Grow, manage and build relationship with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction Implement strategic initiatives to protect and grow sales Gather market intelligence information Purchasing materials for “buy-outs” for orders and manufacturing services Responsible for managing and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships Responsible for complying highest commitment to customers regarding delivery, quantity, and quality Liaise actively with various business units, i.e. Engineering, Quality, Supp...
