Our Client is an interior design firm that helps clients create the perfect office. The role of Business Development Manager is responsible for handling Marketing and Business Development in Workspace Interior Design. You will be reporting to the General Manager.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Proactively identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out market
- Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Follow up closely on leads, negotiations, and closing of sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers
