Engage managers regularly to reinforce activity discipline and execution standards, and identify early signals relating to productivity or conduct risks, working with relevant teams before escalation.
3. Sales Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute sales and business growth campaigns and initiatives, within advisory standards to prevent aggressive sales tactics, and aligned to:
