Job responsibilities

1.Sales & Market Development

+ Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share targets for saw chain and guide bars across Indonesia (70%) and the Philippines (30%)

+ Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with APAC strategy

+ Identify and develop growth opportunities in forestry, logging, plantation, arborist cutting applications

+ Drive product mix optimization

2.Distributor & Channel Management

+ Manage and develop appointed distributors & dealers, ensuring full alignment with Oregon Tool policies and objectives

+ Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, inventory levels, forecasts, and market intelligence
