Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with a focus on Air & Ocean freight with the objective of driving revenue growth and improving overall company profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the General Freight (Air & Ocean) segment.Proactively source and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers aligned with the company’s growth objectives.Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to uncover new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and generate repeat business.Participate in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to strengthen engagement with both new and existing clients.Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams t...
