Xylem is seeking a skilled and high-performing Sales and Business Development professional to lead, develop and drive sales growth for our Treatment solutions, with a proven and demonstrable trackβrecord of delivering results.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Water Separation with experience in main vertical markets: Pharma, Power, MicroE/SemiCon, Industrial Water treatment, and other markets & applications of Water Separation, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies through channel partners and direct sales in support of profitable growth goals.
This position will be hybrid and based in Singapore and will be reporting to the regional sales leader for SEA.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for execution and performance of aggressive business development and growth plan within the region.
Develop and forecast projects pipeline and set up action plans for execution.
