Plan & oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board properties onto the companynetwork.
Identify new properties that meet company standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc. and pitch the company's partnership proposal.
Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested partners.
Work closely with revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.
Collaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of properties on day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, business development or partnerships/acquisitions. Preferably have experience in B2B sector.
Accustomed to working under pressure of acquiring targets.
