Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our team and lead GT Rentals PH’s revenue growth and client acquisition efforts. This role is focused on aggressive sales execution, pipeline development, and deal closure, with accountability for meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

The Business Development Manager will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while building long-term partnerships across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients. You will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams and report directly to company leadership.
