Key Responsibilities

• Seeking new potential Introducing Broker (IB) or client
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives (South Africa)
• Actively call customers regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Follow up and maintain customer relationships
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Achieve the best in sales target and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher
• Professionals with early to mid-level experience
• Working experience in stock, securities, banking, insurance, wealth management preferred
• Knowledge of Stock, Securities, Forex market, MetaTrader 4 will be an advantage
