Your role You will be the driving force behind all real estate activities in the SEAK macro-region, covering a multi-market and multi-banner environment. The perimeter includes retail, office, and industrial assets. The activities cover not only leasing and development but also acquisition and disposal of assets.
Main Responsibilities - Contribute to the development and execution of the regional market strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Effectively implement the company’s real estate objectives and the group strategy in coherence with market growth
- Promote and maintain strong working relationships in the development and/or broker community
