About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who enjoys meeting new people and building strong relationships across the construction sector. You will play a key part in helping us grow our Trades and Labour division across the South. We already have a well-established presence in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and we are now focused on expanding into Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

This role is ideal for someone who feels confident visiting sites, introducing themselves and developing new connections. You will receive a list of lapsed clients and national clients to support you, but the main focus will be creating fresh opportunities and growing your own portfolio.
