Position Overview
- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to Elite sales and marketing processes.
- Represents the company as brand ambassador and be able to ethically coach prospects through Elite franchising business.
- Contacts potential franchisees, arrange meetings and establish rapport.
- Develops negotiating strategies in business deals.
- Executes regular monthly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, business or other related fields and solid 2+ years of experience as BDM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be independent, driven and be able to display professionalism and knowledgeable about the brand.
