Position Overview
Description
+ Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial landscape maintenance contracts in the designated area.
+ Conduct a minimum of 5 new appointments per week with prospective commercial property clients.
+ Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory planning.
+ Deliver compelling, customized proposals tailored to each prospectβs property and service needs.
+ Partner with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction from contract signing forward.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activity, appointments, and pipeline in company systems.
+ Track competitive market intelligence including pricing, services, and industry trends.
+ Submit weekly activity reports, monthly territory analyses, and forecasts to management.
