Are you a dynamic and strategic professional with a passion for external engagement and enterprise? Worcester Business School (WBS) at the University of Worcester is seeking a Business Development Manager to provide maternity cover for 12 months, to lead and grow our external business relationships, executive education programmes, and commercial partnerships.

This is a pivotal role within the School, reporting directly to the Head of School and managing a small, dedicated team including a Business Development Officer and a Placements, Internships and Apprenticeships Co-ordinator. You will also work closely with associate staff delivering on executive education programmes such as Help to Grow , the Executive MBA , and the University Diploma in Leadership and Management .
