Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to be part of our client's team in Singapore. You'll be accountable for creating new business and preserving and expanding current customer relationships prospects, and promoting company's growing business portfolio's market penetration.
- Establish and preserve enduring connections with current ship owners, ship managers, and maritime operators, as well as trade firms in Southeast Asia and Singapore.
- Act as the main point of contact for important accounts, making sure that questions are answered promptly and smooth order fulfillment.
- Track customer satisfaction, spot chances for upselling, and encourage repeat business for marine spare parts components and post-purchase services.
- Work closely with regional teams (China, Europe) and company's headquarters to coordinate on cost, delivery dates, and technical assistance.
