Deliver the customized sales plan in accordance with your line manager's approval, adhering to established guidelines, and hitting goals and KPIs
Sustain a general state of contentment across your accounts.
Communicate with clients on a regular basis and be available to handle questions, issues, and emergencies.
Make sure that the material is customized to maximize face-to-face contact with customers and that these meetings are conducted on a frequent basis by carefully planning ahead for customer interactions.
Make sure that consumer inquiries are processed correctly and, if needed, forwarded to the appropriate department within the company (technical, transportation, finance, issues, etc.).
Keep track of customer visit reports and make sure customer data is up to current.
