Position Overview
Role: Business Development & Pre-Construction Manager
1. Lead Generation & Networking
- Attend construction, property and commercial real estate events across the UK.
- Build relationships with architects, project managers, QS firms, developers, landlords, commercial agents, and consultants.
- Generate opportunities for:
- Commercial fit-outs
- Refurbishments
- New-build projects
- Design & Build contracts
2. Tender Management
- Monitor tender portals.
- Review tender opportunities.
- Decide which tenders are worth pursuing.
- Coordinate bid submissions.
- Collect required documents from:
- Estimators
- QS
- Architects
- Supply chain
3. Partner Development
- Build relationships with:
- Architects
- Structural Engineers
- Commercial Agents
- Property Managers
- Facilities Management Companies
