Grow retail client and influencer/KOL/affiliate communities and revenue for KuCoin EU within EEA.
Create own business plans, including market sizing, target segments and revenue forecasts and manage own KPIs.
Manage content, channels, campaigns and events to reach clients and influencers, with exceptional ability to convert leads into active users and trading volume.
Convert client feedback to new product offerings, onboard clients and help them solve problems.
Monitor clients' trading behaviour and statistics, and give instant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Represent KuCoin EU at industry conferences.
Work closely with internal teams to share intelligence and maximise revenue for KuCoin by working as a team.
Competency
At least 3 years of digital asset experience, ideally at digital asset exchanges.
